Eva Spantidaki-Kyriazi joins us from Pompeu Fabra University, where she completed her PhD in June 2024. Her research focuses on advancing our understanding of group formation and how individuals' actions are influenced by the interplay between personality traits and strategic thinking. Eva primarily employs experimental and econometric methods in her work.
